EMERGENCY: EARTHQUAKE DEVASTATES COLOMBIA
On August 10th, a powerful earthquake struck Colombia with the epicenter in the poorest area of the country. Many are trapped and injured as significant damage to housing, public buildings and critical infrastructure has occurred. Hospitals are reaching capacity already with the injured. People need help now!
Priority life-saving needs include emergency medical assistance for the injured, temporary shelter for households displaced by structural damage, emergency shelter repair materials, safe drinking water, food and hygiene supplies.
