We bridge the gaps in service by partnering with women-led community-based organizations even before a crisis to deliver fast disaster response that reaches the last mile and builds long-term community resilience.

By giving to CARE’s US Emergency Surge Fund, you’ll help ensure that we can help communities prepare, jumpstart a response within hours, and foster recovery long after the media attention has faded.

Help Families in Crisis Now:

  • $50 can help provide 5 CARE Packages filled with hygiene supplies for families
  • $125 can provide a family of four with a week’s worth of groceries
  • $500 can provide emergency preparedness training for local community organization
  • $1,000 can help a local afterschool program or shelter replenish supplies and food to continue local service
