Tell Congress, Stand Up for Girls in Emergencies

Stand for girls in emergencies

BREAKING NEWS: President Trump suggests 24% cuts to U.S. foreign assistance in budget request for FY2020, amid a surge in natural disasters.

Today, more than 17 million girls have been forced from their homes by violence and other emergencies. Foreign assistance funding saves lives, builds stronger communities, and puts the needs of girls first, particularly during emergencies. Slashing these programs, under threat by the Trump administration, would only put more lives at risk.

Congress has the power to protect these lifesaving programs and it needs to happen now. But they won’t stand up for girls around the world unless they hear from you.

Millions of girls have already lost their homes. Don't let them lose their futures.
