Congress, Keep Our Promise to End Global Hunger

In 2016, the United States made history by passing the Global Food Security Act (GFSA) into law. This bipartisan legislation marks a major advance for reducing the chronic hunger that afflicts more than 800 million children and adults around the world.

The GFSA is set to expire at the end of September, unless it is reauthorized by Congress. Reauthorization will assure that vital food security programs, including those helping vulnerable people to combat the effects of climate change, continue. Speak out now and urge the House of Representatives to support the Global Food Security Reauthorization Act (S.2269).
