The CARE National Conference is presented by CARE, a 501(c)(3) organization that seeks to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice; and CARE Action!, a related but separately incorporated 501(c)(4) organization of member advocates supporting both organizations' common mission, most notably by directly influencing policymakers through Congressional testimony, briefings, reports and meetings.
