Last May we invited 40 More readers to Washington DC to learn and be inspired at the CARE National Conference.  There was an overwhelming response, and 50 women joined on learning about empowering women in the developing world, the impacts of climate change, food and hunger and what we can do as ordinary citizens to make an impact.

This year Meredith and More will again join CARE for the “Many Voices. One Movement” National Conference May 11 – 12, 2010 in Washington DC and this time we’d like for 100 of you to come along.

Join us for two days of political action, learning and inspiration, and special speakers!  You’ll also be trained on how to advocate for on Capitol Hill, using your new skills in meetings with your own U.S. senators and representatives.

CARE brings together top activists and issues experts committed to women’s empowerment, equity and social justice. Meet passionate people like you from around the world, and attend exclusive, Meredith-only events with Editor Lesley Seymour, Editor Sally Lee and special speakers.  Want to be part of a movement that is bringing hope to millions of poor women, families and communities around the world?  Join us! Only 100 readers can be included, so buy your ticket now!
